Despite being in the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for home care continues to be on the rise. The current movement of “aging in place”—referring to the surge of Baby Boomers who prefer to age in their own home instead of a long-term care facility—shows no signs of slowing down. We realized this was an opportunity for Atrio Home Care to raise their hand and say, “We’re here, we’ve always been here, and we’ll continue to be here.”
This sparked a refresh to the previous “Better Together” campaign and gave us a chance to better differentiate Atrio Home Care’s two unique areas: Help at Home and Home Health.
RECRUITMENT
The “aging in place” movement has brought about another challenge for Atrio to overcome. The growing demand for home care also means that there is a growing demand for home care workers. To help meet the need, we created a separate campaign solely focused on recruitment with the messaging including that becoming an Atrio employee not only serves the individual but the community at large.
