Most competitor fire truck marketing is benefit-oriented with little emotion interjected into the sell. This presented an opportunity for Spartan Emergency Response to showcase its line-up of Pumpers & Aerials from the more emotional perspective of the firefighter. Leading with vehicle-in-action imagery and end-benefit content, our marketing program worked to raise awareness and preference among municipalities as they replace the trucks in their cities, dealers who sell to fire departments, and most importantly, the firefighters themselves who rely on their trucks as much as they do their fellow crew members.
